Our History
Founded in 2018 by Little River Development, a subsidiary of Little River Holdings, LLC, Odeno was created as a community where people of all ages and backgrounds can live, connect, and thrive.
Today, nearly 200 homes have been sold, creating a vibrant community of families, professionals, and retirees. Homebuyers can choose from thoughtfully designed spec homes or work with builders to create a custom home tailored to their lifestyle.
With development continuing through Phases 3 and 4, Odeno remains committed to its vision of being a true "Place of Many Hearts."
